Bill Huang (Huang Xiaoqing)

Mr. Huang, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of Illinois .

Mr. Huang is the Chairman and CEO of CloudMinds, and had previously served as senior VP and CTO of UTStarcom, GM of China Mobile Research Institute, Dean and Professor of school of Electronic Information and Communication of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Huang currently also serves as deputy Director of China Cloud Computing Committee, council of China Electronics Association, and member of Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Expert Advisory Committee.

Mr. Huang has extensive experience and insights in the fields of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, robotic intelligence control, optical access network system, streaming tech., soft-switch, mobile Internet and smart terminal, and is an expert in cutting-edge technology with global influence. In 2015, he founded CloudMinds and is committed to "cloud intelligent robot" technology and industrial development. He has innovatively architected and successfully implemented the "cloud robot" (i.e. " cloud brain + secure network + robot device") system, has led the company to develop and operate a various types of cloud robots based on our HARIX operating system, and built an open shared ecosystem for cloud robot industry. He is known as the “Father of Cloud Robots”.

Before founding CloudMinds, Bill had made outstanding contributions in promoting China's influence in the global Telecom industry. He innovatively proposed the “Network is Switch” Soft-Switch theory and initiated the establishment of international Soft-Switch Organization. He also developed the world's first soft-switch system, the world's first carrier-class streaming media switching/IPTV system; And invented china’s PHS , which made wireless mobile terminal widely adopted in early age. During his tenure as the GM of China Mobile Research Institute, Bill pioneered the strategy of building three major infrastructure of network, application and terminal of the next generation mobile Internet for operators, had promoted and made TD-LTE to become the international mainstream standard of 3GPP. Those efforts had enhanced China’s influences in global telecom industry. Mr. Huang was honored the IEEE CQR President award in 2016 due to his outstanding contribution to telecom industry.

Yang Guanghua is in charge of the market strategy planning and customer channel expansion of the company.
Before joining CloudMinds, Yang served as director of security Research Institute and Deputy director of National Engineering Laboratory of China Mobile Communications Research Institute. He has accumulated more than ten years of experience in technology development, innovative application and ecological construction in the fields of mobile Internet and network information security.
Yang Guanghua is a professor-level senior engineer, has won a number of provincial and ministerial awards, and he also holds more than 50 domestic and foreign invention patents. He received his master degree from institute of Computing, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2002.
Zhao Pengyu is in charge of the company’s business strategy, strategic planning and company operation management.
Zhao pengyu has served as president of China TransInfo Technology Co., Ltd., senior Vice President of Beijing Yihualu Technology Co.,Ltd., Vice President of Hangzhou UT Starcom, and President of Beijing Digital Telecom Group. Having worked diligently in the field of communication and information systems for more than 30 years, he has accumulated rich experience in operation and management.
Robert Zhang is in charge of the global business, product strategic planning and strategic partnership of the company.
Before founding CloudMinds, he held key positions in Samsung, Irdeto, United Innovation LABS, Microsoft and Apple inc.
Mike Zhuang is in charge of the overall financial planning and management of the company.
Mike worked for the Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), a top global accounting firm, and many Fortune 500 companies such as Arrow Electronics and Hitachi. He is an outstanding leader in the field of corporate governance, focusing on investment and financing of high-tech enterprises and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Mike Zhuang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University and majored in electronic information engineering and communications. Later, he obtained a master's degree in accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in the United States. Mike Zhuang also holds the certifications of American Certified Public Accountant, international registered internal Auditor and Registered information System Auditor.

Bruce Huang is in charge of the overall planning and management of the company's robot hardware research team, the hardware architecture design, research and development and production management of Robots.
Before joining CloudMinds, Bruce has served as general manager of the joint venture company of Microsoft + Lenovo joint innovation, deputy dean of the Research Institute of Lenovo Group, and vice President of R&D of utstarcom. He also worked at IBM, Siemens in silicon valley in the United States and Dialogic, the world-renowned semiconductor company. Bruce owns abundant technology and management experience in the fields of chip design, hardware system and so on.
Bruce is a high-level talent recognized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. He received BSEE/MSEE from the University of California and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
